User Groups, Focus Groups and Customer Liaison
We have a number of User groups representing the banking industry, bulk information customers, company registration agents, legal users and the wider information community.
We also arrange regionally based Focus groups. These groups help us look in a structured way at the issues affecting the quality of our services and to gain a deeper understanding of customer requirements, as well as to seek their view generally.
Our Customer Liaison Team provides a personalised support service. Each Customer Liaison Manager acts as a single point of contact for regular customers and is able to provide advice or assistance on the range of products and services available.
If you would like to attend a User or Focus Group or meet a Customer Liaison Manager please contact:

Neil travels widely around the UK giving presentations and attending conferences as a guest speaker covering the many aspects of the work of Companies House, including company start-up, officers responsibilities, compliance, as well as recent changes and developments in policies and procedures.
