About Us

Free Seminars

To help keep companies on the right side of the law we arrange several seminars throughout the year covering the legal responsibilities of company directors & secretaries under the Companies Act 2006 legislation.

The aim of the seminar is to help you:

  • ensure that company officers and their advisors are familiar with the filing requirements of the Companies Act 2006
  • discover how best to file your documents online
  • provide advice on recent changes in legislation and the impact they may have on companies and their officers
  • explain future developments
  • find out how you can check your own company information online

Our seminars last for approximately three hours and are free to attend. You can choose to come along to a morning seminar or afternoon seminar - so don't miss out.
