Electronic incorporation service

We have become aware of an issue where some of our electronic incorporation document images have a specific omission in terms of the number of shares taken by the subscriber.

We have taken immediate action in regard to this problem and a fix has been deployed which will remedy the problem going forward. We do understand however that we need to correct the cases that have been notified to us and we are taking steps to do so.

We have also found that there are some intermittent issues with the outputting of addresses (merging address lines) - we are working on a fix for this also.

We apologise most sincerely for any problem or inconvenience caused by these problems and would like to assure customers that the correct data as submitted through the software filing service has been recorded on the database accurately, it is the CH image output that has caused this problem and requires rectification.
