EU Green Paper

The European Commission have recently adopted a Green Paper looking at the interconnection of business registers. The paper sets out the existing framework of business registries across the EU and looks at ways to improve access to company information and co-operation between business registers. Interested parties are invited to comment on the options put forward in the paper. If you would like to respond please send your comments directly to the Commission by 31 January 2010.
